Crush too fine?

Ok so I haven't yet bought a mill but it's getting closer to the tip of my needs list as I get the rest of my system dialed a little better.

I crush at my lhbs with what looks like a very nice electric mill. Noticed on a couple batches that there have been some whole grain coming through and it was separating from the husks, just cracking a lot of them. After reading, I decided to try running my grain through twice and see how it came out.

You can see the result in the picture Attached. Imo it looks a little fine but wanted to get some opinions.

I like to crush more....check for uncrushed? Perhaps cracked and still in the husk is ok, but I like to be sure the good stuff inside is ready, willing and able to become beer.
