it seems ok.
my crushed barley has more flour (but sparging is ok)
 
Agreed that it looks fine, certainly a good starting point.
Run a batch and see what kind of efficiency that you have.
Decide after that if you want / is it worth making an adjustment.
 
I don't do BIAB. I'm going to try it this way and maybe have some extra rice hulls around just to be safe
 
What's your grain bill?
Unless you have a good amount of wheat and/or adjuncts, you probably don't need any rice hulls.
