I'm going for a hoppy/citrusy IPA here...

Batch size = 6 gallons
Estimated OG = 1.067
Bitterness = 61.4 IBUs
Color = 7.6 SRM
Estimated ABV = 7.4%

Equipment
All-electric system
148-degree mash for 75 min, fly sparge
90-minute boil
90% estimated brewery efficiency

Adjuncts
Salts/minerals added for British ale profile
Whirfloc tablet at 15-minute boil

Grain Bill
9.5 lbs Pale Malt (79.16%)
1.5 lbs Munich Malt-10L (12.5%)
0.5 lbs Crystal Malt-40L (4.17%)
0.5 Wheat Malt (German) (4.17%)

Hop Schedule
0.5oz Centennial - 60min
1.0oz Chinook - 30min
0.5oz Citra - 15min
1.0oz Cascade - 5min
1.0oz Centennial - Flameout
2.0oz Amarillo - 14 day dry hop
1.0oz Citra - 7 day dry hop

Yeast
Wyeast #1450 (Denny's 1450)
1L starter, 24 hours in advance
 
I do an IPA similar to this 3-4 times a year. I think your dry hop plan looks good. I usually do some combination of Amarillo, Citra, Cascade. Unless you are sold on that amount of Munich, I would consider less by .5-1# and up the to make up for it. I would also consider moving the Chinook to the 60 min addition, and moving that Centennial down to 10, 5, or 0. I feel like a 30 minute addition in most recipes does not make the most effective utilization in terms if flavor or bittering. I use Centennial quite a bit late in the boil and feel its flavor and aroma qualities are superior in a IPA.
