Hey, I am looking to do a big hoppy IPA with El Dorado and citrus hops with some grain bill interpenetrated from Lagunitas Sucks recipes I have found on HBT.

6 Gal batch
75% Efficiency
1.075 OG

45% Canada Malting pale
30% Golden Promise
15% Rahr Red Wheat
6% Golden Naked Oats
4% Rye Malt

90Min Boil:
FWH 0.5 El Dorado
60Min 1.0 Warrior
30Min 0.5 Glacier
15Min 1.0 Amarillo
FlameO 1.0 Amarillo 0.5 Glacier
180F Hop Stand 1.5 El Dorado 2.0 Citra
Dry Hop 2.0 El Dorado 2.0 Citra

Wyeast 1335 British Ale

Some of the hops are what I have in the freezer.

Thanks in advance for the advice or rips...:mug:
