Hi,
I've gotten my order from a (kind-of) local brew store and they got my order wrong. I wanted to see if I can still make something nice from it so I'm looking for advice to see what could work well with the ingredients that I have.
This is what I've got for 10L (2.5 gallons):
1.5 kg (53 oz) liquid extract
250g (8.8 oz) irkes pale ale malt
250g (8.8 oz) irkes crystal oak malt

Lalbrew BRY-97 west coast ale yeast

30g (1oz) chinook pellets
30g (1oz) amarillo pellets
30g (1oz) simcoe pellets
30g (1oz) magnum pellets

The store owner said he would toss in half of the magnum at 60m and dry hop the rest.
I'd love hearing any ideas for anything different,
Thanks!
