What if I brewed a wheat beer and added lactose, vanilla, orange puree, and served it on nitro? Does this sound disgusting or could I pull this off?

Any particular reason for the wheat base? I’ve had this

and it was delicious.
This is the description from their beer reviews…
“Nitro Orange Cream Ale gives a refreshing summer twist to a historic American beer style. Its orange flavor and citrus aroma come from the winning combination of orange zest added during fermentation, and the dry hop addition of Mandarina Bavaria hops. Carefully balanced hops and malts create an easy-drinking, medium-bodied beer. Nitrogen accentuates the already smooth character of this thirst-quenching Nitro Series summer seasonal.”
5.5% ABV & 15 IBUs

Totally reasonable, though the balancing of orange, lactose, and vanilla really affects the outcome.

I did mine (non-nitro) using a particularly bright citrus Cascade, blood orange puree (substituted for frozen OJ), cheap orange extract, and cheap vanilla extract.
