Club meeting tonight. Brought some of my skeeter pee that I made for family reunion. I messed up the recipe going off memory and added an extra 3lbs of sugar. S-04 yeast, wasn’t done fermenting when I kegged it 2 weeks and it was still bubbling! I can’t explain how the yeast exceeded it’s tolerance other than the nutrient additions, but I kegged at 14.18%!
So a buddy of mine said he did a skeeter pee, mixed it 50/50 cream ale and added a bottle of strawberry extract. Took a keg to a 50+ keg party and his was the first gone!
Thoughts?
