Cream Ale Report

It's been almost 3 weeks sense the brew date. Fermented for a week and has been bottled almost 2 weeks now. Excelent carbonation I think, alcohol content may not be as high as it should be. I will check that on the next bottle I open. Has good color overall a sucess

Now I gotta watch Strawberry Shortcake with the littleone, while I enjoy my tastey beverage.

I just kegged my cream ale yesterday. I tried a little sip today...of course it is still carbing up, but it will be a great brew.

Alcohol % is 3 which alittle low but otherwise good. Definintely better the High Life I had and hour ago.

I just pulled a few of my Polenta Creams today (4.7% ABV.) Almost clear and only 14 days from brewday. The flavor will peak in a few days.

Hey now, high life is the beer of choice for my dart team when we are at our home bar! $1 drafts, $5 pitchers!!! And it really isn't all that bad.
