Hi all,
So ive been wanting to do a cream ale for a while, and having never brewed one before, i was hoping for some recipe suggestions. I cant think of a commercial example, but id like something with some color (amber), good mouthfeel and a mild hop profile. Any help is appreciated. Cheers

What you're describing isn't a cream ale. Cream ale is more or less an ale version of a light North American lager. They are very light in color with very little hop presence. What you are describing is more of a pale or amber ale.

Cream ale will have a base of pale malt with a good dose of corn adjunct and maybe a bit of light crystal or dextrin malt. Pale ale is usually adjunct free and will have more hops in both bitterness and flavor. Amber is,well, amber from use of deeper color crystal malt.
