What say you folks?

1.045 OG
1.010 FG
SRM 4
ABV 4.4
IBUs 19

7 lbs 2 row
1.5 lbs flaked corn
.5 lb honey malt

.5 oz Cascade 60 min.
.5 oz Willamette 15 min
.5 oz Willamette 5 min
.5 oz Cascade 5 min

Thinking S-05 yeast and mashed @ 150

Goal is a light easy drinking summer beer. Might lager for a few weeks before tapping

Looks good, except I would add some flaked oats/barley/rye for some mouthfeel. I've also used White Labs Cream Ale Yeast Blend which is a blend of ale and lager yeasts. It worked pretty well, even for the hoppy pale ale that I made. :)

for my palette, it looks awfully hoppy, but that is just a personal preference. i just started drinking my cream ale that used about 1/2 ounce northern brewer hops for flavor at 10mins and am floored with the result.

even a small amount of hops really come through in a cream/blonde ale
