Crash Cooling/Bottling question

Just wondering, if I crash cool for 2-3 days at ~33 degrees, will there be any problems bottle carbing?

Thanks, I didn't think so, but haven't crash cooled yet so wanted to make sure there would be enough yeast in suspension that carbing would be normal.
