I currently have 2 gallons of bottled juice fermenting in my Mr. Beer keg with 4 cups of table sugar. I started it out with Fleischman's yeast. It didn't take so I put in a pack of brewers yeast and luckily it did. My questions are I want to put it in a second fermentation batch. How much more sugar do I need. Second one would really be to clear it up before bottling. Do I need anything else to this? Thank you. I would like this on the sweet side.
