Mash @154 for 60
1oz German splats at 60
WLP 300.

1 week primary then rack onto home made cranberry relish which is made with cranberry's, apples, oranges and sugar.

I'd leave out the apples and sugar; they'll just thin out the beer without adding anything. As far as the oranges go, I'd use the zest as a flameout hop, and I'd eat the flesh. The usual on fruit is around 1lb/gallon, but I'd guess that 1/3 of that would be better, as cranberries are quite potent and astringently tannic.
