I'm looking to try something new with my brewing, and was looking to experiment with something new. I tried the Hebrew beer Origin, an amber ale with pomegranate juice, and was wondering if anyone knew a similar recipe to this, but I'd like to try substituting the pomegranate with cranberry juice. I am looking for a partial mash recipe, as I'm not sure I'm ready to make the jump to all grain yet.
