If only I could get a cheesesteak like Philly in St. Louis. Although, we do get tasty kakes. I love the peanut butter ones and the koffee kakes are awesome as well.

Having had more than my share of true cheese steaks in Philly, I can say Fred's Downtown Philly Cheese Steaks here in Plano is the real deal. Dude grew up in Philly and his steaks are just as good as anything I've had there.

That's the secret. If you know a true cheese steak, you can make a true cheese steak. Steak-ums doesn't count lol

Now I want to go to Fred's. He actually has one I really love that is a cheese steak that he adds italian sausage to, its ridic.
