I talked with finsfan but figured there's no need to relay I message I can say myself. The 90 day and 100 post requirement is there for a number of reasons. One, as mentioned, is to protect our members from bad traders and thieves. Its not elaborate security but it helps weed out a lot of riffraff. Another is that the MAW is intended to be a bonus for those who are active in other areas of the forum. So people learn, contribute, and build the wealth of knowledge we have here as opposed to just using HBT as a trading platform. Lastly I feel its important we've all been held to the same standard. No exceptions have or will be made for anyone and that's a big part of it. We all have to earn our stripes the same way so there's no hard feelings for anyone.

Stay warm guys and lets keep the eMAW rolling!

BigMike shattered my expectations! 2 of my favorite beer of 2013, and an Everett. Awesome man. Excited to try the homebrew a too. What's the low down on them?

I'll be there late January. Hoping the Atrial will still be available then. Maybe the RU-55 will be around too!

The supply of Atrial Rubicite there seems to have been pretty steady for the last month or so, so I'm guessing it will still be there in late January (the 1 bottle limit seems to keep it in stock and now they are selling batch 3; early November it was still batch 2). I would also recommend the Ambree (one of their latest ones): a slightly sour brown. La Vie en Rose is ok, but not as good as Ambree or Atrial Rubicite. I don't know if any of that (besides Atrial) will be bottled for sale though. They don't seem to have bottled any of the beers that came out after Atrial Rubicite (Ambree and the other various fruit ones have been available only for drinking on site if at all).

It was hard for me to send the HF since its not something I can get without falling into a good trade but what the hell. Spread the love. Sorry I didn't blow a hole in your porch but I seriously dig all of those I sent big time. Cheers!!!!

Awesome! Thanks for the info!

Glad you enjoyed it Splattsmier! I had a blast at the bottleshop picking out the stuff and was lucky to find a couple homebrews skulking around in the back of the fridge! That Baltic is probably the best beer I have made to date and it is going on 11 months old. You are now the official owner of the last bottle. Would love some feed back on it.

Wow man I am truly honored, and I'll definitely leave ya some commentary. I can't believe you gave that bad boy away, but I'm very grateful. :ban: Loved the Top Cutter and you seriously read my mind on about 90% of the hit, I'm thrilled! :mug:

PS: Up for trading?

I feel like I should clarify: the 90% I'm referring to is stuff I was specifically hoping for in my eMAW. I'm very thankful for everything!

I sent out my last bottle of Everett in a trade too. As long as it has a good new home!!!

Awesome, PM me your address and any styles you don't like!

My list:

Any 2 Berliner Weisse beers that don't come to TX, please no Yuzu or Festina Peche (not a berliner IMO)

I am fine with fruited or non-fruited, no preference.

If you have a homebrew Berliner that you feel is good enough to count as one of the 2, go for it, I'm good with that.

Too bad I drank my DeGarde Bu Weisse last weekend, I could have granted this. One of the best Berliners if not sours period that I've had.
