Courage Keg, How much grain will fit?

Anyone using a courage keg? How much grain can you reasonibly mash in it? I have one and its smaller than my sanke's. I am debating on whether or not to use it as a HLT or a mash tun.

Figure out how much the thing holds in gallons, go to this site and type in the number of lbs of grain and it will tell you how much volume it will take up when wet with grain.

Looks like if I am very aggresive, it will hold about 32 lbs of grain, and I am not that aggressive. I think it will work just fine.

Hmm, didn't think about the volume of water need to batch sparge. If doing ten gallons, there will need to be about 5.5 gallons of space left for the sparge water.
