Corny Static Relief Valve Issues

My newly acquired corny has a static relief valve on the lid instead of the conventional pull valve. I seem to be having some trouble with a leak, but have had problems finding reference material on how to disassemble/troubleshoot these types of issues for a static relief valve.

Can someone help with tips/tricks that might aid me or know of a good place to go to get more info on these?

My guess is that you need to replace your rings and gaskets, which are pretty cheap from Northern Brewer or Amazon.
