Hello all,

I have a coopers kit and want to do a wheat beer next.

I would like to make additions but am not sure what, I have read some post about fruit .. is there anything else I could add apart from this...

Is there any way I could make it thicker. I will be dropping it down to 20l instead of 23 anyway. I would like it a little stronger but not a bock.
Could I add a secondary can of low strength can such as a ginger beer?

And what would make it a Hefeweizen? Two wheat cans?

Thanks for reading and if you can your ideas,

Julian

To make it a hef you'd need a particular yeast that gives hefs their character look up white labs wlp300. You could add fruit late in the boil like oranges or lemons that's the most basic way to add fruit flavour to beer
