Coopers mexican hopped LME can:

I came across the mexican hoped can of LME and thought this may be a good start with it. I do intend to make it a dark in color, but light and refreshing in taste. let me know what you think.




Coopers mexican hopped can LME 3.75 lbs

2 lbs Pilsner DME

1 lb Rice solids


1 - 2 oz Carafa I


4 oz Crystal 15 L


Crystal aroma hops/

Mexican WL940 yeast

I think it'll be ok...I don't think you'll throw the hop profile out of whack with the steeping of that little specialty grain...
