im new to brewing anyways im wondering if my coopers irish stout will mellow in the bottles i let it ferment 7 days and had a og of 1050 and a fg of 1012 iknow its green but it has a strong coffe taste like black coffee i hope this mellows and lets the other flavors come thru but as of now when i was bottling its black coffee
