I made that one a couple times. When I made it straight up,it tasted kinda like a dark cream ale. Smooth stuff. The other I added oaked bourbon to. Too much oak & bourbon to drink right away. Had to age it a bit. Was good some 10 weeks in the bottles.
Had a few cases of that brewed with a pound of light chocolate malt and aged for 3 months, was just amazing, even the Budweiser drinking buddy's liked it
