Hi there.
Ive brewed a Coopers Canadian Blond this weekend with Coopers BE1 and Salafe US-05 yeast,but I had 500g of brewing sugar left from other brew,so I decided to add it to the mix...

Was it a wise decision?

Entirely a matter of opinion. I would personally say no, but I'm the type of guy who would REMOVE most of the alcohol from my beers if it was at all doable with home equipment.
