This is my thirds homebrew I have done. It's a octoberfest and in the cooling of the wart I ended up sealing it off and pitching my yeast this morning because it got late and the wart was not cool enough. I kept it in a sealed up fermenter to cool overnight. Has anyone else done this? And did your beer turn out alright?
