Cooler sizes for HLT and Mash Tun

I'm looking into building my all grain setup myself. Could I buy a 10 gal beverage cooler for my mash tun and a 5 gal for my HLT? I would most likely do 1.060+ mashes so I know I will need a 10 gal for my mash tun. Could i get away with a 5 gal HLT to save on space.
