Cool cucumber mead

I'm thinking about dropping a cucumber mead with some spear mint for the "cool" part so maybe a 1:2 part cucumber juice to water so I get that light taste and maybe about 1oz of fresh spear mint grind up in a mortar and pestle so that flavors come out better
