Converting Recipes?

I found a clone recipe of Rogue's Old Crustacean online. The version that I found was an All-Grain recipe, but unfortunately, I am only up to extract recipes with steeping grains. When I use Beersmith to convert from AG to Extract, it gives me a message about converting the Munich Malt manually. How would I do that? The original recipe is for 6 gallons AG, but I only want to make 3 gallons of an Extract with Steeping grain recipe.

Just buy munich malt extract instead of using munich malt. Just figure on using more of it because it is usually not 100% munich. Munich syrup--> http://www.northernbrewer.com/brewing/northern-brewer-amber-malt-syrup-1.html
