Hey all,
I have an opportunity to purchase a 10 gal Brew Easy from a friend. His setup is propane fired. I have 220 in my basement and would have preferred to get electric but I can't pass on this offer. So my question then... how hard is it to convert that bottom kettle to electric? Is it as simple as cutting the holes and installing the heating element?
Also, I may have a Blichmann burner coming up for sale soon
Cheers!
