Convert Partial Mash Recipe to All Grain

I found this recipe and am hoping you can help tweak it to all grain. I don’t know what to use to replace the DME and I imagine replacing it will alter the amount of grains I am using for each type. Would the hop additions need to change as well?

4.5lbs 2 row
1lb crystal 40
1lb carapils
1lb wheat
3lbs coopers light DME

4.5lbs 2-row sounds like it's almost all-grain already...i'd just say bump the 2-row up to 9-12lb's, but i'm to drunk to do the work to see how much right now...

Just replace the DME with enough 2-row to hit the same OG as the recipe based on your system's efficiency.
Nothing else needs to change.
