I'm building a new panel for HLT/RIMS/BK .

This is a unique setup that I will be using eherms but also have the option of using a 120 or 240 volt rims tube.( I've got all three setups)

Thinking about going with two pids and some sort of boil controller to get to boil then ramp back power to control how vigorous the boil.

I could also get by with only two pids and dual purpose one for control of the boil kettle.

I had thought about using inkbird 106 with ssr and contact but now I'm opening up to mypin and auber..

If you could build your panel again or build only one panel what would you use and why?

ezboil works best without fiddling but the mypin td4 works well too once its autotuned... I used and gave up both for Brucontrol myself.
