It's like any business, so your local small business administration office, see if a local university has any extension office, check your city economic development office, google SCORE and see if there is a group near you.
So after you get some connections, than you can get industry specific, location, equipment, capital outlay, break even analysis, competition analysis, permitting, licensing, etc... Sorry I don't have more, I wish one day I will, but for now now I only now how to start a business in general, not necessarily a micro brewery
