I think he is referring to the carbonation level in your keg and how distance and back pressure affect things. With 10 foot of line most of my beers are carbonated to ~12psi. With a shorter run of hose I would get a bunch of foaming.It's only about 4 ft from The keg to the tap, but there should be no problem with the hose length unless you mean some other issue then just plain distance?
