Confused on IPA recipe...

I am boiling it right now and the only thing wrote down was

60 min
30 min
5 min

So do I boil each hops for the time listed or do I throw them in when the timer reaches a certain point?

Boil the first set of hops for 60 mins, throw in the next bunch 30 mins later for a total of 30 mins and the last hops are boiled for 5 mins. The total boiling time is 60 mins, not 60+30+5.
