The thermal cut out failed on my system and my conditioning beer got over temp, more than 25C for about 12 hrs or so will it still be OK?

On which day did it cut out? It would be better if the heat cut off after a couple days, for example, and not right at the start.
You could experience some slight negatives but nothing to really be concerned about.

Happened over night, three days into conditioning, got up this morning and checked my beer... as you do 😂 So I reckon it has been over temp for about 12 hrs or so I have switched the heater off for the time being and will keep a watch on the temp.

I think it’s going to be fine. Critical time for temp control is the start of primary fermentation, when the yeast is growing.

Sorry I should have given details. The beer is into the secondary fermentation in bottles and mini kegs. At the end of the day it is what it is when I open a bottle or tap a mini keg nothing can be done now  Hopefully it will still be a drinkable brew and maybe better than some of the stuff I buy here... ever tried Kronenburg ? Its like bottled piss ... not that I have tried that honest 😂

the worst you have likely done is decrease the amount of time that the beer will be at it's prime. Guess you'll just have to drink it up fast!

If this is the worst thing that can happen then I am in clover  I only made 25 L so it won't last long .

If it wasn't going to be fine there isn't much you could do for it. So just keep it as controlled as you can and sample when it's time.

Sierra Nevada used to bottle condition for 2 weeks at 80F (26.6F) before shipping the beer out. Don't know if they still use that process, but if your bottle conditioning, 25C shouldn't be a problem.
