Commmercial Brewers and the Yeast Strains they Use

This may be an old question, but has anyone ever put together a list of the yeast strains that are used in specific commercial beers.

I am looking at this from the curiosity standpoint of harvesting from bottle dregs and knowing what yeast was just harvested.

This is easy with Rogue and their Pacman yeast, it is listed in the ingredients printed on some of their bottles. What about other breweries?

Can we get a list or wiki started if there already isn't one (I Googled and didn't find one).
