Maybe you already know this but that thing on it's own wont be able to achieve lagering temps for you. The idea of temp controller is to control the temp in a cooling system, like a chest freezer or something like that. That can be done even cheaper by just using a frost stat and a SPDT relay. Well that's how my one works anyway
 
Yes I know I have to add this to a fridge or preferable a freezer ( or so I've been told )

EDIT: to get the constant cool temp for lagering
