Has anyone used this to make an English style bitter or IPA?

My concern it that is might lack some of the biscuit malt flavour of the crisp marris otter.

I have some and wondering where it will go.

Thanks,
Brian

I have not but I am really curious to know also. I have seen threads where there was a group buy a few months ago. You could also just add some biscuit to it. Try it out and let us know

Hey, I only use Colorado Malting Co. Pale malt now as i was part of the group buy on here a month or so back. I am very happy with the quality and would just at the chance to buy more. I have brewed everything from IPA's to a Bourbon Barrel Stout, and ESB with that malt. I was very pleased with the final product and would not hesitate to use it in any ale.
