Have a cold keg of carbonated stout. I want to bottle it and age it. If I bottle it do I have to keep the bottles chilled or can I age them at room temperature.

If you use a beer gun and control for oxygen, you can age them warm. If you're sloppy filling them, warm aging will just oxidize it faster. Without a beer gun, you would be better off degassing a bit, adding yeast and priming sugar to the keg and then fill the bottles. The bottle conditioning will scavenge oxygen for a long aging.
