I was wondering if there were any drawbacks to cold crashing a beer to clarify it, then priming and bottling it, bringing it up to cellar temps and conditioning?

Are there any pressure related concerns?

Thanks.

No, not at all. The only thing I would say is that to carbonate, it needs to be warmer than "cellar temps" as cellar temperature would be 55 degrees or so.

Thanks. I figured as much but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to make some bottle bombs, but I guess most co2 will be gassed out anyway. I mature and store my beers in the low 60s, I wasn't sure if the warm up would be an issue.

Thanks again!
