Hoppy Holidays, mates.
I just cold crashed a couple of 1 Gallon batches for the first time because there was so much dry hop pellet gunk still floating at the top. Checked on it this morning and the stuff has dropped to the bottom and the beer already looks clearer.
I am concerned about bottling these brews and not getting any carbonation. Do most people add a little yeast back to their bottles? If so, is it just dry yeast and a very tiny amount?
Or do you just bottle and just wait for a longer period of time?
Thanks in advance for your help.
