Coke, Bag in the box, Soda fountain

I Recently acquired a large 8 fountain coke fountain/ice dispenser complete with proportioners, switches, and carbonation pump It is in excellent condition. My question is, even though it was abandoned by its owner and lessee is it legal to sell it? Some of the proportioners and syrup switches say property of coke. Also can I advertise to sell an item on this site?

It's the property of the coke distributor, more than likely. If you call them, and they refuse it because it isn't theirs, then you'd be fine to dispose of it as you see fit.

They refused it when it was at the restaurant. They wanted $200 to uninstall it so I'm guessing it's lease period is up. I would love to sell it it's taking up my quad's parking spot in my garage
