Coconut

I am looking for a good recipe that uses Coconut. I was thinking Porter or Stout. Can you please pass along a reccomendation for one that you like?

Also, has anyone ever tried using coconut water in the boil vs just racking on unsweetened coconut in the secondary?

Papago Brewing in Scotsdale, AZ makes a really good chocolate coconut stout!!! Maybe shoot them an email? It blew my mind how they got the beer to have the chocolate taste upfront with no hint of coconut then the back end the coconut comes on. In my top ten of stouts!!
