I have an idea for a soda and have a few questions. First I'll explain what I'm doing.
I've been mixing Lacroix coconut soda with burnt honey (leftover from beer making). It's very good and refreshing.
I want to make a batch of this in my 5 gallon corny keg for a party I'm planning in a few months.
Is there some kind of coconut extract (I'm assuming that's what Lacroix uses) or should I mix coconut water with plain water? I'm assuming the latter would be an expensive route.
