Coconut water mead????

Just use coconut water to replace water in mead? What do you think? sounds like it may be good I might very well try a 4 litre batch. (Close to 1 galleon, I am canadian lol) Anyways, any input would be appreciated thanks. :p

I don't know how much, or even if there is coco butter/oil in coconut water, but it could be an issue. I know paper coffee filters filter out a LOT of the essential oils in coffee, it's possible paper coffee filters could also filter out some, or even most coconut butter/oil & give you a cleaner fermentation, it's just a thought.

Seems like there re some possible challenges with your idea, but I hope you try it & keep us all posted on your progress, it sounds tasty!

I think I've seen two people try it on here, one went well and loved it, the other was undrinkable!
