Anybody make their own coasters?

I have six house beers that I have designed labels for. I would like to use each label to make about 25 coasters for each style of beer I have.

Any ideas on the material I would use and the process to make the coasters?

I've wanted to do this for a long time but haven't had the chance. This is one of the better methods that I've seen.

^ Thats pretty much what I do also. Only downside with the modge podge is that if the drinker gets sloppy, the modge podge can get a little sticky, but I haven't had too much of a problem with that.

My wife watches a chanel on the roku box that the lady shows how to make coasters.

I have made my own using .12" Cork, and cutting it with a laser, then 3D printed a holder. Its a Lab that I have my students do. You could burn an image of the label into the coaster.

My wife and I made some coasters with that mod podge method and they've held up well.
