I am buying a keg with a co2 tank and it doesnt fit in the fridge I was wondering if it was okay to always disconnect the co2 and re connect it when I want to poor beer?

If you are careful you can put a hole in the fridge and run a gas line.

I know that i can put a hole in the fridge but i dont want to LOL that was the whole point of disconecting if i can.

You could. The keg should hold the pressure and keep it carbonated. It would be annoying as hell in my opinion.

I used to do the same thing. I'd just have to hook up the co2 if I was drawing more than a pint or two to make sure it stayed properly carbed. Never really had an issue with it.

Yes you can, can pour a few beers to with it disconnected, then reconnect and charge back up.

How are you planning to carb then, with sugar? If not you'll need to turn the pressure way up at room temp.
