CO2 Regulator Advice - need to purchase a new one

So my last dual body regulator bit the dust, I just found this on ebay:

The only thing I see wrong is that the regulators don't have the release valves on them....do you think this would be OK for my two keg system?

The guys description of the regulators does not make much sense "2 guage regulator grey@ 100psi, red regulator@ 160psi". My tanks usually read about 800 psi until almost gone so you'd certainly need a 1st stage that can handle more than 160psi, but again the word description just does not make sense.
