CO2 fills in St. Paul, MN

I am trying to get a 20 oz CO2 canister filled in St. Paul MN.
My experience in Philadelphia has been that several home brew shops and gas suppliers will do this no problem, but no one I've called here is interested.
Does anyone have a suggestion? Preferably near southwest corner of St. Paul.

Dick's Sporting Goods does refills of those for the paintball crowd. Not sure if there is a store close to you, though. I know there's one in Roseville.
