Tennessee CO2 and Beer Gas fills in Memphis

What are the best places to get a CO2 and beer gas fill in the Memphis area? Will beer gas require a nitrogen bottle and regulator? I have been given two different answers regarding beer gas from two different nexAir locations.

I can't help on the beer gas question, but I typically get CO2 swaps done at the NexAir near downtown. 20lb CO2 was $25 last week when I went.

Floied does fills on CO2. Not sure if they also do swaps, but Airgas and NexAir will swap. Don’t know about beer gas.
