I think your best bet would be the place in Woodland Hills. I forget the name, something pretty generic. It is right off of Ventura Blvd and is a pretty good shop.

The Woodland Hills shop is the closest to Panorama City. There's a tavern supply place off of Parthenia and I wanna say Reseda in the valley, but their selection is pretty poor.
Good place for Co2 refills and dispensing stuff though. For a while they were selling used Cornies for $25 a pop also, but last I checked they raised the price on those substantially.
